After years in media and brand strategy, I moved from Berlin to the Hamptons, and realized women here were building big things, but doing it in isolation.
So I started something that’s now grown into a 200+ member community: grounded, smart, and built for women who lead differently.
This isn’t a course or program. It’s a curated circle. We’re not the same group we started as. We’ve grown, evolved, and expanded. The Hyve is our next chapter, and you’re invited.

Why did you rebrand from Hamptons BossMoms?
We’ve grown, and so has our vision. What started as a space for moms in business is now a buzzing hive of ambitious, inspiring women from all walks of life. The Hyve Hamptons reflects who we are now: connected, collaborative, and ready to lift each other higher (with or without kids in tow).
Do I have to be a mom to join?
Nope! While we’ll always love our mama roots, The Hyve is open to all female entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives who want to connect and grow. If you’re building something and crave a smart, supportive circle, you’re in the right place.
What’s included in the membership?
You’ll get full access to our member app (community chat, directory, events, recs, and more), in-person meetups, workshops, expert talks, and member-only perks. Basically: connection, inspiration, and momentum, on repeat.
I’m super busy. Is this worth it if I can’t come to every event?
